Snohomish County Excavating Inc. (SCE) was started in 1983 by Charles Deyo. In the beginning SCE specialized in drainfield installation for residential housing with just an old John Deere backhoe and a 5 yard Ford dump truck. By 1987 SCE expanded it's business to include residential foundation excavations and underground utility installation. The company grew and in 1993 SCE decided to add the dump trucking division. A few short years after that, SCE grew again and added the residential plat/commercial division. Today SCE has a fleet of equipment and trucks to get its projects done quickly and efficiently. Along with our dedicated employees and staff, SCE has decades of collective and comprehensive knowledge to save our clients time and money.
